10 Years Of Having an Eco Cleaning Fairy = 10 Years Of Friendship!
Meet our longest serving client and my good good friend Val!
I have been going to clean for Val every week since February 2008!
Val suffers from an illness called ME.
ME otherwise known as Myalgic Encephalopathy, is an awful awful disease that all types of people at all ages can be affected by. Severe and debilitating fatigue, painful muscles and joints, disordered sleep, gastric disturbances, poor memory and concentration are common symptoms suffered by ME sufferers.
Back in 2008, she lived in L17 and desperately needed a cleaner to keep on top of all the dust (as she suffers from severe dust allergies) in her home as well as keep infection control at its hygienic so her illness wasn't further antagonised by ongoing colds and flu's. Her carer called me up and I started to go every Monday.
She then moved to Southport to be closer to her family 8 years ago and I moved with her! I still go every Wednesday and I'm so proud to see how she has progressed over the years and also, despite being in constant pain and having limited energy, how she has transformed her flat into the beautiful one that is in the photographs below.
Over the years she has seen me grow as a lady and a business women and I'm so grateful for all the business she has given us and the ongoing friendship and support she gives to me.

Being a talented creative writer, one year, Val wrote me a poem about our friendship called 'My Friend and I'.
