Dreams can come true!

So finally the time has come for me to go on maternity leave. As you can see my bump is getting beyond the point of cycling to drop off keys / products to our lovely Fairies, cleaning equipment for one off cleans or to go visit our gorgeous new clients for 'Welcome On Board' Cleaning tours. It is 11 years ago since I first became an Eco Cleaning Fairy and its been 8 years since starting to expand and building this company up bit by bit, team member by team member. What an adventure it has been with many great highs and a coupIe of terrifying lows!

I have to say how grateful/relieved I am to have such a wonderful team of 32 committed, reliable Eco Cleaning Fairies and 5 hardworking, caring, kind, intelligent, creative, fun behind the scenes team that have so graciously taken the reigns for me over the next 6 months.

Without you we wouldn't be able to live the lives that we have chosen to! I've learnt so much every day and am so blessed to have had all these fab role models encourage me, teach me, stretch me, help me understand myself and push the business in ways I could never have imagined!

Never give up folks. Decide what you want and make sure you are going to love it no matter what... Then learn, do, learn, do, stop, look back at where you have come from, enjoy the view and then keep looking ahead knowing that it's all coming in one way or
